Amid protests in France, Macron calls cabinets crisis meeting

French President Emmanuel Macron has convened his cabinet for a crisis meeting again, after a third night of protests Thursday night. People across the country are expressing outrage over the fatal police shooting of a teenager during a traffic stop Tuesday. More than 600 people were arrested and over 200 police officers were injured. CBS News correspondent Elaine Cobbe is following it all from Paris.
