Men nowadays follow a unique lifestyle that seems healthy and unhealthy at the same time. With the trend of hitting the gym, it feels as if the whole world is enrolling in the gym. It seems that someone who is not gymming is out of the league. Indeed, gymming makes us muscular but is it really the only step to being healthy. Definitely not, along with the workout you do to burn the consumed calories, it is equally important to look at what you eat, or basically what your diet is.

When your diet is unhealthy no matter how many hours you spend in the gym, nothing is going to happen. Both diet and workout must be in sync to ensure overall better health. Anyone lagging will lead to partial health benefits and unsatisfied results. Workout is mostly managed because of the social media era, where building six packs and posting its pic is the new trend. But managing a diet is not easy, it demands the sacrifice of unhealthy but tasty delicacies, the proper routine of eating etc. Otherwise, such men get inclined towards the use of Cenforce 200 mg and Fildena 200.

Gulping fast food frequently

With the worldwide availability and readymade nature of fast food, it is becoming impossible to quit fast food completely. Just look around the people and you would realize that fast food instead of becoming a snack has evolved into a full regular meal.This is alarming and must be checked. Over consumption of fast food is the main reason for obesity and men becoming fatty creatures.Not just men, even school-going children are suffering from this problem.

If quitting fast food is not an option then reduce its consumption. Once a week or twice is tolerable but everyday consumption must be stopped.

Eating without any routine

There must be a fixed routine as when you would consume food three times a day. But unfortunately owing to today’s unhealthy working environment it is difficult to set a fixed routine. Eating whenever you wish as per necessity leads to indigestion, acidity and constipation because every time the efficiency of the organs is not identical.

Not chewing food properly

Another aspect where most men hardly give required attention is chewing the food properly. Each organ involved in the process of digestion has its own importance. For instance,the mouth is for chewing the food and mixing it with saliva. Then the enzymes in the stomach and liver break down the chewed food into simpler forms. The extracted nutrients are then utilized by the body for various activities.

Now, if the mouth doesn’t chew the food properly, hence enzymes will be unable to act properly and that could cause the digestion to take very long. This is why since childhood we have been taught to chew the food properly.

Not eating as per their work

Asking any doctor about the type of food you must eat, he or she will tell you that food should be as per the work a man does. A balanced diet is a term familiar to us, which means our diet must contain every essential nutrient. This prevents deficiency of any specific nutrient. But the proportion of each nutrient will depend on what work you do. A man involved in an intensely physical job must eat more fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Whereas someone involved in a more technical job must consume more vitamins and minerals.

Going to bed directly after food

Doctors, parents and anyone who wishes well for us would have told you that after having dinner go for a walk. The walk must not be very intense, just a gentle stroll with your partner that is enough. This helps the food to settle down in the stomach and makes the organs break it down. In case you go to bed directly, the body rests down completely as in sleep, the digestion and all the other processes slow down. Thus, it would take more time to digest the food. Go to bed 2 to 3 hours after eating food.

Following extraordinary diet

Do not imitate the diet of your favourite actor or sports star. Their work is highly physical and it is the main source of income also. Hence, they can afford such expensive diet routines and imported food items. Do not get depressed if you don’t have those, your life is different from theirs.
